Job Description:

A well-established Construction Consultancy in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead teams and projects ranging up to £170m across Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use, Education, Leisure, and Extra Care sectors. Offers a collaborative culture with excellent staff retention and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Grow the QS team
Deliver an impressive portfolio of projects including Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use, Education, Leisure, and Extra Care
Mentor and shape the next generation of Surveyors

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
MRICS is desirable but not essential
Strong consultancy background within the UK
Residential experience beneficial (or varied sector exposure)
Passion for leadership and mentoring

Nice to have:

Residential experience beneficial (or varied sector exposure)
MRICS qualification desirable
