Job Description:

A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Trafalgar Square is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. With a headcount of 30, and a highly collaborative Quantity Surveying unit of 6 people, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on meaningful projects in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional projects across heritage, independent schools, and high-end residential sectors
Work on Grade I & II listed buildings, prestigious private schools, and luxury homes in prime London and Home Counties locations
Take on meaningful projects in a hands-on, team-driven environment

Requirements:

Experience in a UK consultancy environment
Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
Confident managing your own projects and clients
Ideally MRICS, or working towards
Sector experience in education, heritage, or high-end residential is a strong advantage

Nice to have:
