Job Responsibility:
Lead the commercial delivery of projects from acquisition and feasibility through to completion and final account
Oversee procurement strategies, manage tender processes, and provide detailed cost advice across multiple live developments
Work closely with developers, funders, architects, and contractors, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and aligned with programme objectives
Administer contracts, predominantly under JCT, while supporting wider development and delivery strategies
Requirements:
5+ years’ UK consultancy or client-side experience, ideally within commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors
Confident managing procurement, cost reporting, and stakeholder communication across complex projects
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is preferred, with MRICS or working towards viewed favourably
