Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on major UK projects and fast-track your career to Associate level? A respected, forward-thinking multidisciplinary Cost Consultancy near Farringdon is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant and growing London team. This is your opportunity to be part of a progressive business delivering high-impact projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage – with values up to £500m.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on major schemes
Work closely with top-tier clients
Take full ownership of the cost management process from day one

Requirements:

Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
