Senior Quantity Surveyor (Procurement) role for a major residential project based in Manor House (N4). Focus is on high-stakes procurement on a flagship site.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end procurement of high-value, complex packages
  • Procurement of M&E packages from tender to award
  • Managing facade packages including detailed specifications and specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Residential expertise in the London residential market
  • Proven track record of procurement mastery
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
