Job Description:

A commercially minded and modern construction consultancy seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead prestigious London-based schemes. The candidate will manage diverse and high-profile projects, mentor junior staff, and play a vital role in client relationships and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Leading high-profile schemes across various sectors
Managing full project lifecycles
Mentoring & managing junior colleagues
Playing a key role in client relationships
Contributing to business development

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment is a MUST
Strong Pre & post contract experience
Ideally MRICS or nearing completion
A successful track record running multiple projects from inception to completion
