Job Description:

A commercially minded and modern construction consultancy seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead prestigious London-based schemes. The candidate will manage diverse and high-profile projects, mentor junior staff, and play a vital role in client relationships and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading high-profile schemes across various sectors
  • Managing full project lifecycles
  • Mentoring & managing junior colleagues
  • Playing a key role in client relationships
  • Contributing to business development

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment is a MUST
  • Strong Pre & post contract experience
  • Ideally MRICS or nearing completion
  • A successful track record running multiple projects from inception to completion
