Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role with a global real estate and construction consultancy at the heart of London's residential development scene. Opportunity to join a business with secured pipeline of major projects and bold growth ambitions, stepping into a hands-on, client-facing role with clear progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead projects from day one - high-rise residential, regeneration, and build-to-rent schemes across London and the South East
Work directly with senior leadership, gaining exposure to business development and team mentoring
Take a clear step towards Associate with structured support
Access projects across other sectors including office fit-outs, student accommodation, retail & hospitality, and wider commercial developments

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Strong Residential sector background
Ambition to progress to an Associate Quantity Surveyor role
Ideally MRICS
