Job Description:

A fast-growing, independent construction consultancy near Tottenham Court Road is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead some of London’s most prestigious private-sector schemes. The consultancy is known for delivering complex, design-led projects for high-profile clients across luxury residential, commercial offices, hotels, high-spec fit-outs, and civic developments. This role offers autonomy, client exposure, and a clear route to Associate level while working on a varied and prestigious project portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Managing full pre and post-contract services across a portfolio of technically demanding, high-value developments
Working directly with Directors and major clients
Taking ownership of standout projects across luxury residential, commercial offices, hotels, high-spec fit-outs, and landmark civic developments

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc Degree in Quantity Surveying)
A strong QS background in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Experience across residential, commercial, or hotel sectors
Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
MRICS ideally or nearing Chartership
