Job Description:

A progressive, design-led construction consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Central London team. This is a standout opportunity to lead high-profile residential schemes, take full ownership of projects, and grow with a business that’s redefining modern consultancy. You'll play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects across London, manage both pre and post contract duties, lead client relationships, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering complex, high-value projects across London – including regeneration masterplans, mixed-use developments, and high-spec residential schemes
Managing both pre and post contract duties
Leading client relationships
Mentoring junior team members in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Experience managing projects to completion and mentoring junior team members
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
Residential sector experience & interest
