Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and expanding cost consultancy, known for its family-feel culture and collaborative ethos, is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Fitzrovia office. With five offices nationwide and a booming London project portfolio, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a more autonomous role and work closely with senior leadership in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on a variety of new build and refurbishment schemes across Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors – with project values up to £40m+. You’ll manage your own projects from inception to completion, delivering full pre and post contract services, while also mentoring junior team members.
