Job Description:

A leading, multi-disciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established Nottingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to work in a flexible, supportive environment, delivering a variety of exciting projects across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare – typically up to £30m in value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading projects from inception to completion
  • Providing mentorship to junior staff
  • Playing a key role in the strategic direction of the consultancy
  • Working on projects across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong track record of leading projects from inception to completion
  • Management experience / desire to get involved in management
