Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role with a thriving, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working on high-profile residential projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cost management processes using CostX to deliver exceptional project outcomes
Provide expert contract administration, ensuring smooth project delivery
Work closely with clients, delivering innovative solutions and building strong relationships
Working across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Arts, Leisure and Education

Requirements:

MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree
5+ years PQS/Consultancy experience
Employers Agent/Contract Admin knowledge would be useful
Good technical, quantity surveying/cost management experience
Team player
Comfortable travelling to Southampton
