Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Review and negotiate contracts and subcontracts pre-and post-award
• Provide commercial input for tenders and support the bidding process
• Manage multiple contracts, ensuring alignment with KPIs, forecasting, and budget control
• Lead progress and cost management reviews, prepare contract-specific reports, and handle commercial disputes
• Maintain positive cash flow and proactively mitigate commercial risks
• Reporting to the Finance and Commercial Director, you will collaborate with finance, project management, engineering, and external stakeholders

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is preferred
• Experience in a senior commercial role, ideally in engineering, construction, or rail
• Strong contract management experience within a project or contractor environment
• Full UK driving licence
