Job Description:

An award-winning and entrepreneurial construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of high-profile commercial schemes and work alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of high-profile commercial schemes
  • Work alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • Oversee phase three of a flagship Central London office development for a prestigious client
  • Deepen specialism within the commercial sector or diversify into additional markets such as Health, Science, Residential, and Education

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification or be nearing completion
  • A RICS-accredited degree (preferably in Quantity Surveying)
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Proven experience on commercial/office schemes in the UK
  • A background in UK-based cost consultancy / PQS environment
  • Ability to manage clients and mentor junior team members
