Job Responsibility
Manage full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Lead procurement processes and administer contracts under JCT forms
Provide accurate cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Attend and lead client, consultant, and contractor meetings
Support and mentor junior members of the cost management team
Requirements
5+ years' experience in a consultancy-based QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited)
Strong technical knowledge of cost planning and contract administration
Experience delivering residential, commercial, or heritage projects
Confident client-facing skills and professional communication style
MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
