Job Description:

An established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for client retention and a robust pipeline of work is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take the lead on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors, ranging from £1m to £45m in value.

Job Responsibility:

Operate in a client-facing role
Deliver projects from early feasibility through to final account
Act as both Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant
Offer strategic cost advice
Oversee full pre and post-contract duties
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field
Strong consultancy experience in the UK
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use)
MRICS status or currently working towards chartership
