Job Description:

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead residential and affordable housing projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead residential and affordable housing projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West region
  • Take on a lead role in delivering cost consultancy and employer’s agent services across a variety of new build housing schemes
  • Manage projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Provide expert commercial advice and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Client-facing work
  • Managing multiple schemes
  • Playing a key part in growing a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Proven track record delivering projects as an employer’s agent
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or affordable housing schemes
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
