Job Responsibility:
Lead contract administration and cost management on a range of residential projects
Gain exposure to Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors.
Requirements:
MRICS qualified or currently working towards
At least 5 years of PQS/Consultancy experience
Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Comfortable commuting to Southampton.
