Job Description:

A long-established and well-respected Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is a key role for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on project leadership responsibilities and help shape the future of a growing Cost Consultancy and Project Management department.

Job Responsibility:

Cost planning
Contract administration
Fund monitoring
Acting as Employer's Agent
Managing commissions independently
Mentoring junior staff
Contributing to long-term development of the practice

Requirements:

MRICS ideally or working towards
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
PQS/Consultancy background
Pre & Post Contract experience
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Project Management, Employers Agent or Contract Administration experience is an added bonus
Comfortable overseeing multiple projects across different sectors
