Job Description:

A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team, just minutes from Snow Hill & New Street train stations. With a strong UK and global presence, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting projects across multiple sectors while progressing towards Associate Director level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take the lead on diverse projects across affordable housing, government, education, healthcare, private residential, hospitality, and sport
  • Full project delivery
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the firm’s continued growth

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • A strong QS background within UK Consultancy / PQS environments
  • Excellent Pre & Post Contract experience
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A successful track record leading projects to completion
