Job Description:

A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team, just minutes from Snow Hill & New Street train stations. With a strong UK and global presence, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting projects across multiple sectors while progressing towards Associate Director level.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on diverse projects across affordable housing, government, education, healthcare, private residential, hospitality, and sport
Full project delivery
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to the firm’s continued growth

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
A strong QS background within UK Consultancy / PQS environments
Excellent Pre & Post Contract experience
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
A successful track record leading projects to completion
