Job Responsibility:
Lead cost management activities across multiple projects, from early-stage feasibility through to final account
Oversee procurement strategies, manage tender processes, and provide robust commercial advice to clients
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to project strategy and delivery while ensuring financial control
Administer contracts, typically under JCT or NEC
Support wider programme management objectives where required
Requirements:
5+ years' UK experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Experience delivering large-scale or complex projects across sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, or residential
Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS or working towards preferred
Commercially astute
Client-facing
Confident operating within a fast-paced environment
