Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage all pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement strategy, tendering, contract administration, and acting as the employer’s agent throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver a range of residential and affordable housing projects
• Work on new build housing schemes for both private and public sector clients

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Demonstrable employer’s agent experience on residential projects
• Knowledge of affordable housing and regeneration schemes is beneficial
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
