Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Southampton team. The role offers exposure to high-profile residential developments, commercial, education, and arts & leisure schemes, clear career progression paths, and a supportive team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering full pre and post-contract duties across residential schemes
Exposure to all aspects of project delivery including cost planning and contract administration
Client management
Delivering best-in-class service
Working across commercial, education, and arts & leisure schemes
Mentoring junior colleagues

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (or currently working towards)
Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties is ideal
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
Comfortable commuting to Southampton
