Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a globally recognised construction consultancy in their London office, specializing in healthcare projects. The role involves delivering full cost management services on significant healthcare fit-out and development schemes, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to team growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver full cost management services on major healthcare fit-out and development schemes
  • Be involved in projects from pre-contract to completion
  • Work directly with clients, design teams, and contractors
  • Take ownership of key packages
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Contribute to the growth of the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards and in need of more support
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
  • The desire for fast track progression with extensive support with development
