Job Description

A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Leeds. This well-established consultancy operates across the UK, Europe, and Australia, delivering innovative solutions across sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotels, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential. Based in their Leeds office of 25+ professionals, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects from inception through to completion. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continued growth of the office. The position offers excellent flexibility through a hybrid working model, making it ideal for professionals seeking better work/life balance.

Requirements

  • A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally or nearing completion
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
  • Experience managing a couple junior surveyors is beneficial
