An award-winning, design-led Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is on the hunt for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal role within their dynamic Sevenoaks office. This forward-thinking firm is known for exceptional delivery across prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and local authority sectors. The role offers autonomy, visibility, and the ability to make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-profile projects from inception to completion across multiple sectors
  • Mentor APC candidates, sharing your expertise and driving professional growth within the team

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally
  • Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
