Job Responsibility

  • Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
  • Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities and tender documentation
  • Overseeing contract administration under NEC and JCT contracts
  • Supporting junior quantity surveyors and contributing to team development
  • Managing client reporting, financial forecasting and value engineering
  • Engaging with key stakeholders including NHS clients, contractors and design teams

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related field
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
  • Experience delivering healthcare or public sector projects preferred
  • Confident in managing multiple projects and acting as commercial lead
  • Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
  • Comfortable working within a client-facing consultancy role
