Job Description:

A modern and forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy in central Birmingham is on the hunt for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the reins on major projects and help shape the future of a thriving business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a diverse range of high-profile schemes across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, hotels, student accommodation, and retail
Managing full project lifecycles
Mentoring junior colleagues
Playing a key role in client relationships and business development

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Strong Pre & post contract experience
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
A successful track record running multiple projects to completion
