Job Description:

A dynamic, independent Construction Consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, complex schemes is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team. With an award-winning culture, fast-paced progression, and a prestigious client base, this is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

Working across an impressive pipeline of schemes including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure and Retail developments
At the forefront of project delivery
Taking the lead
Driving projects
Becoming a key player in the next phase of their success

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Construction Consultancy / PQS environments
A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
MRICS is a must have
Previous experience managing more junior Quantity Surveyors is desirable
