A dynamic, independent Construction Consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, complex schemes is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team. Job Responsibility

  • Working across an impressive pipeline of schemes including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure and Retail developments
  • At the forefront of project delivery

Requirements

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Construction Consultancy / PQS environments
  • A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
  • MRICS is a must have
  • Previous experience managing more junior Quantity Surveyors is desirable
