Job Description:

A progressive, independent Project and Cost Consultancy, are looking for a confident and career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal role within a thriving consultancy of around 35 professionals, supported by 8 longstanding and highly experienced Directors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take a leading role in the successful delivery of student accommodation and commercial schemes
  • Work across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and leisure

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
  • UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
  • Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
