Job Description:

This is a proper Senior QS role. Big project. Structured environment. Real commercial responsibility. You’ll be joining a high performing commercial team delivering complex rail and M&E packages on a nationally significant infrastructure scheme. If you’re confident in NEC, comfortable managing subcontractors and want exposure to a major programme without being micromanaged, this is one to look at.

Job Responsibility:

Full commercial management of allocated packages
NEC4 contract administration (including Network Rail forms)
Subcontractor management from procurement through to final account
Change management and compensation events
Monthly CVR reporting and cost forecasting
Risk and opportunity management
Working closely with delivery and engineering teams

Requirements:

Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
Strong NEC4 knowledge
Network Rail contract exposure desirable
Rail and/or M&E experience highly sought after
Confident running subcontract packages independently
Strong forecasting and reporting capability
