Job Description:

An ambitious and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in Glasgow is seeking a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Commercial Offices, High-End Residential, Hotel, Retail, and Historic Building sectors during an exciting period of growth.

Job Responsibility:

Full pre and post contract duties
cost planning
tender management
contract administration
Employer’s Agent responsibilities
working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field)
MRICS is highly desirable or working towards
Strong pre & post contract knowledge
Previous QS experience in a UK consultancy environment
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, leading meetings and working in a client facing role
