Job Description:

A dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy, renowned for its impact on the UK’s residential development sector, is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. You will play a key role in delivering residential developments across the UK while leading cost consultancy services from acquisition through to practical completion. The role includes mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

Job Responsibility:

Play a key role in the delivery of residential developments across the UK
Lead cost consultancy services from acquisition through to practical completion
Liaise directly with clients, providing expert cost advice
Work collaboratively within a close-knit, high-calibre team
Support the development of junior colleagues
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Influence projects and processes

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
Strong technical skills in cost planning, procurement, and post-contract delivery
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
In-depth knowledge of residential development cost drivers and value engineering
