Job Description:

An industry-leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cambridge office. This role involves leading projects across various sectors and offers significant career growth opportunities within a collaborative, people-first culture.

Job Responsibility:

Lead projects from inception through to completion
Deliver Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
