Job Description:

An award-winning, entrepreneurial construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Central London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role on landmark commercial office schemes, working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of high-profile commercial projects
Full pre and post-contract delivery
Work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Manage clients
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

MRICS ideally (not essential)
A RICS-accredited degree (preferably in Quantity Surveying)
Strong pre and post contract experience
Proven experience on commercial/office schemes in the UK
A background in UK-based cost consultancy / PQS environment
Ability to manage clients and mentor junior team members
