Job Description

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established, independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Central London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a strong mix of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, and public sector projects across London and the South East. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants more autonomy, stronger client exposure, and a clear route towards Associate level. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support junior Quantity Surveyors, attend client meetings, and work closely with senior leadership on key instructions.

Job Responsibility

  • Work across a strong mix of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, and public sector projects across London and the South East

Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, or a RICS-accredited equivalent
  • MRICS, or currently working towards chartership
  • Strong Quantity Surveying / cost consultancy experience
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Confident with JCT contracts
  • Professional, commercially aware, and client-facing
  • Able to commute to Central London
