An established, forward-thinking UK Construction Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Edinburgh office. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead prestigious city-centre projects while benefiting from a flexible hybrid setup, strong bonus scheme, and genuine progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Take responsibility for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and client liaison

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous QS experience in a UK construction consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
