Job Description:

A renowned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cambridge team. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, fast paced team of around 30 professionals, delivering high-quality cost and project management services. The current workload includes large-scale developments and regeneration schemes, among others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent
  • Deliver high-quality cost and project management services from feasibility through to completion
  • Development monitoring for funders
  • Blend of hands-on delivery and team/contractor coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience acting as Employer’s Agent is highly desirable
  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS is highly desirable, but not crucial
  • Previous QS experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Residential sector experience
