Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning SME Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham. The role involves leading on exciting schemes, predominantly residential projects, and collaborating within a team of professionals in a friendly, flexible environment.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on a variety of exciting schemes
Focus on Residential projects
Work on sectors such as Education, Healthcare (Blue Light), Commercial, Regeneration, and Mixed-Use

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Strong pre & post contract experience
Employers Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirable
Residential or Education sector experience
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a Consultancy
Ability to lead projects from inception to completion

Nice to have:

Employers Agent or Project Management experience
Residential or Education sector experience
