Job Description:

A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will lead projects across the full lifecycle, mentor junior staff, and engage in client-facing responsibilities. Offers career progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with long-standing clients, delivering high-value commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects ranging from £1m to £45m
Act as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor
Lead project meetings
Manage pre- and post-contract duties
Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Strong pre and post-contract duties
MRICS
Experience working across a mix of sectors is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
