Job Description:

A leading, national Quantity Surveying consultancy with 11 UK offices is seeking a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. With a strong regional pipeline and a reputation for delivering standout results, this is the ideal platform for a motivated QS ready to step into leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects across Residential, Logistics, Healthcare, Higher Education, Government and Retail-ranging from £1m to £100m+
Lead delivery, manage clients, and support junior team members

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying in a UK Construction/Real Estate Consultancy
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS or working towards
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Strong Consultancy background
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
