Job Description:

A respected and growing cost consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Fitzrovia office. This role offers ownership of projects, close work with senior management, and progression towards Associate level in a practice that values its people.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
Manage own workload
Lead projects from inception to completion
Support and mentor junior members of the team
Work across Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors

Requirements:

MRICS is a MUST
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable working across multiple projects/sectors
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Previous experience managing junior surveyors/desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long term
