Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and respected construction consultancy in Bristol. This practice is known for delivering high-quality residential schemes and has a strong client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Developers.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the delivery of Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of new build residential developments
Taking ownership of projects
Mentoring junior staff
Helping to drive best practice across the consultancy

Requirements:

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Proven experience delivering Employer’s Agent / Contract Administration or Project Management services for new build housing
Experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers
A base within Bristol or nearby, with willingness to travel locally for projects
MRICS or currently working towards

£55,000 – £68,000
