Job Description:

This is a senior-level role offering the chance to work on complex, high-profile projects in a dynamic and growing sector. You'll have the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibility:

Managing financial performance, cost control, and risk mitigation across projects
Preparing and negotiating high-value contracts, variations, and claims
Driving procurement strategies and ensuring robust supply chain management
Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to commercial best practices
Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional accreditation (desirable)
Prior experience in a senior quantity surveying role, ideally within marine infrastructure, port development, dredging, or offshore construction
General construction or civils will be considered
Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills
Ability to travel to project sites as required
