An ambitious and client-focused consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established London team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial (warehouse/sheds) sectors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, providing both pre and post-contract services. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Responsibility:
Full cost management across multiple projects
Preparation of cost plans and feasibility studies

Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS or currently working towards chartership
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contracting
Experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use, or industrial sectors
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
