Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role managing high-profile commercial refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London, typically ranging from £5m to £75m+, with a prestigious UK Construction & Property Consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Leading pre and post-contract cost management on multiple concurrent projects
Acting as the client's trusted advisor, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and developers
Developing procurement strategies, managing contracts, and overseeing financial reporting
Driving value engineering and risk management across complex projects
Mentoring Project and Assistant QSs
Playing an active part in business development

Requirements:

Construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
Ideally MRICS (or working towards)
UK consultancy background with strong refurb & fit out experience
Demonstrable ability to lead pre and post-contract delivery on major schemes
Confident communicator with proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
