Job Description:

A dynamic, design-led construction consultancy is seeking a driven and client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team of 60 in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a hands-on role delivering meaningful, socially impactful projects within a collaborative and growing practice. They are well-regarded for its focus on design and quality, delivering high-profile Residential schemes across the capital.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on a portfolio of Residential projects
Work with local authorities, housing associations, and registered providers
Cost management and Employers Agent duties
Guide projects through all stages of the development lifecycle
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience delivering Residential schemes
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm – MUST
Experience working on social housing, affordable housing, or local authority-led projects
MRICS or working towards Chartership (preferred)
Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience

Nice to have:

MRICS or working towards Chartership
