Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and forward-thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Consultancy team. With projects reaching up to £170m, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a business that delivers across a diverse and exciting range of sectors. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and high-performing team working across a wide range of mixed-use, new build, refurbishment and conversion schemes. Working with private and public sector clients, you’ll be exposed to a varied portfolio of high-value developments, providing both pre and post-contract cost consultancy services. This role requires a commercially aware, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage multiple projects while contributing to team growth and service excellence.
