Job Description:

A forward-thinking, independent Project and Cost Consultancy is seeking a confident and career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in the heart of London. Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on delivering a range of exciting projects, including student accommodation, commercial developments, and high-end residential schemes
Work across life sciences, mixed-use, hospitality, and leisure sectors
Drive client relationships
Shape the future of a growing consultancy

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
Strong pre & post contract experience / a successful track record leading projects
