Job Description:

An industry-leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic London office, just minutes from Liverpool Street Station. This is a diverse and hands-on role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work across multiple sectors including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health, Residential, and Sport from £500k–£100m+. You’ll take charge of projects, acting as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. With a hybrid working model, you’ll have the flexibility to excel in your role while maintaining a great work-life balance. You’ll be part of a highly regarded team with a strong track record of internal progression.

Job Responsibility:

Take charge of projects
Act as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
Ensure seamless delivery from inception to completion

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
